my last service visit proved how accommodating the service department cah be, i had to call and say i would be 2 hours late for my scheduled appointment, i said i could not be there until 2:00, i was told come on in we will work you in and they did. this was on a friday by the way. I also had my 100 pound dog with me and h e got a lot of attention. a good experience-thanks to all

The Service Department staff are always professional and accommodating. I do think that there needs to be more loaners available to them to provide to the customer. I was told I needed work in May and loaner was not available until December. So, I was given a quote in May and because there was such a long gap, my quote went up because part price increased. This being said I really think the initial quote should have been honored since it was no fault of mine and I could not just leave my car there for 2 or more days since I work.
